Quentin Tarantino's slavery western - Watch Django Unchained Online - has roped in five Golden Globe nominations, putting it right up there with Oscar favorites ‘Lincoln' and ‘Zero Dark Thirty'. The grisly tale of a slave turned bounty hunter out for revenge on his former masters has scored nominations for Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Picture (Drama) and Best Supporting Actor for both Leonardo DiCaprio and Christoph Waltz. For a film with few advance screenings, this is a bit of a surprise.


Watch Django Unchained online free will probably nab Oscar noms for Christoph Waltz as Best Supporting Actor and Tarantino for Best Screenplay, but not much else unless it gets plenty of support from Academy voters, who are notoriously straitlaced. While the earlier trailers highlighted the love story between Django and his wife, Broomhilda, this one is all about revenge and violence. There's also lots of exciting new footage that Tarantino fans will gobble up. If you're on the fence about seeing this film, the performances alone are worth the ticket. Leonardo DiCaprio's acting is skilled, but I'm most excited to see Christoph Waltz as the aging bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz. He looks like he'd be right at home in a Coen brothers film.

Dr. Schultz is a bounty hunter out to dispatch the vicious Brittle Brothers for various crimes against humanity.


Django joins Schultz in the mission in exchange for help in finding and rescuing his wife from the clutches of notorious slave owner Calvin Candie. Candie is the proprietor of Candyland, a plantation where male slaves are trained to fight each other for sport and the female slaves are sold to prostitution and watch Django Unchained online movie. The two enter the premises under the pretense of buying male slaves, but they alert Candie's loyal slave, Stephen. What follows is a finale that will leave Tarantino fans on a perma-buzz.
